I offer individual therapy for adults and work primarily with high-functioning women in their 20s–40s. I’m trained in trauma-informed care, EMDR, and advanced anxiety treatment (CCATP track). My sessions are private pay only, which allows for deeper, more personalized support without the limitations of insurance.
